1. Play music.
Ask your client what they like to listen to. Or play the soundtrack to 50 Shades. Works every time. Bring a portable, blue-tooth speaker that syncs to your phone and play from Pandora, Youtube, or Spotify. One like this works great.
2. Open a bottle of champagne.
Some bubbles to help your client feel a little less tense and a little more confident in front of a camera. Enjoy a glass yourself. (But not too much - the camera really starts to get heavy after a couple glasses!) Inexpensive "sparkling wine" will cost about $5 per bottle. Enjoy!
3. Have fun and guide them.
Laugh, talk, change it up. Tell your client how amazing they look. Keep the conversation flowing. Tell them to recite their vowels to create different facial expressions, let them roll their shoulders like a slow shimmy, have them slide their hands around their body, tell them to roll back and forth on the bed, and take breaks to help them relax and ease into positions. Those moves sound completely unsexy, but they'll laugh and it looks confident and sexy in photos. ;)
